Shipping Policy

At ICON ASSOCIATES, we are committed to delivering your products swiftly and safely through our trusted logistics partners — Shiprocket and Delhivery.


1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1 working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking ID and courier details.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Partners

We currently deliver orders using:

  • Shiprocket Logistics (aggregator platform connecting with multiple courier partners)
  • Delhivery Couriers Pvt. Ltd.

These partners ensure timely delivery and real-time tracking updates for all orders shipped across India.


3. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across all major cities and towns in India.
  • Some remote or non-serviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery. If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternate options.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive deliveries within 2–4 days, while remote areas might take longer.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and order value.
  • Free shipping may be offered for promotional campaigns or minimum order values, as announced on the Platform.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
  • If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • Once returned, reshipping may be arranged at an additional cost to the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately inform our support team with photos and order details.
  • If an item is missing or damaged after acceptance, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at the email/phone provided below.
  • We will coordinate with Shiprocket/Delhivery for verification and resolution.
  • ICON ASSOCIATES is not liable for delays, damages, or losses once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

9. Change of Shipping Address

  • You can request an address change before the order is dispatched by contacting customer support.
  • Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
