Due to the nature of our products (clothing/innerwear), we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Why No Returns?
At Manavi Fashions, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Since our products are worn directly on the body (leggings, t-shirts, innerwear), we cannot resell returned items. This policy helps us:
- Maintain product hygiene and quality
- Offer you the best prices without return handling costs
- Ensure every customer receives a brand new product
Before You Order
To ensure you get the right product:
- Check Size Chart: Refer to our detailed Size Guide before ordering
- Read Product Details: Check fabric, fit type, and measurements
- View Product Images: We provide multiple images showing actual product
- Contact Us: If unsure about sizing, WhatsApp us before ordering
Exceptions
We will provide assistance only in the following cases:
Damaged/Defective Product
- Product received with manufacturing defect
- Product damaged during shipping
- Wrong product delivered
How to Report Issues
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video as proof (mandatory)
- WhatsApp us with order number and photos/video
- Our team will verify and assist you
Important: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process claims for damaged products. Please record while opening your package.
Refund for Damaged Items
If your claim is approved:
- Replacement will be sent (subject to availability)
- Or full refund to original payment method within 5-7 days
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- For prepaid orders, refund will be processed within 5-7 days
